What to do & why
Before joining a Level 1 Stronghold attempt, compare your Curse Resistance with the requirement displayed on that target. Resistance and squad strength answer different questions.
- Read the target’s required resistance and use your currently effective resistance, including only bonuses that actually apply.
- Coordinate with a leader whose squad and resistance fit the target.
- Use a battle report to measure the real penalty and casualties. Stop repeated attempts that are not advancing the objective efficiently.
The details behind the decision
Coverage ratio = your effective resistance ÷ the target’s displayed requirement × 100%. This measures coverage only; it is not a damage multiplier or a win probability.
What is confirmed—and what isn’t
The archive gives 3,750 as a Level 1 requirement and suggests damage bands. No official damage formula or universal target requirement was verified, so those values are withheld. The wiki reference discusses resistance generally, not these thresholds.
