A before-and-after Crystal Boss record is a useful experiment, but it does not prove that one gear rarity is universally stronger.

- Change one variable at a time: gear, hero position or another permitted setup choice.
- Record several comparable hits, along with the applicable boss modifiers and unchanged hero progression.
- Use your result as account-specific evidence; do not advertise blue radar as a guaranteed upgrade over stronger gear for every commander.
The details behind the decision
Observed improvement = new damage − old damage. Relative improvement = that difference ÷ old damage × 100%. Control changes in buffs, lineup and progression before attributing the difference to gear.
What is confirmed—and what isn’t
The official launch rules confirm single-hit weekly progress, not a universal blue-radar advantage. The archive’s two reports are an anecdote and have not been independently reproduced.
Strategy recommendations are GOD of War’s editorial advice. Official-wiki hosting does not turn player-contributed advice into a developer guarantee. When a number is not supported, this edition omits it rather than inventing a value.
