Plan your resources: Overlord Promotion Shards →
What to do & why
Gorilla progression involves materials, specialized training, skills and promotion requirements. A single training priority cannot substitute for checking which requirement currently blocks you.
- Collect available production and activity rewards, then identify the material you are actually short of.
- For a defensive bottleneck, compare HP and defense training; for an offensive bottleneck, compare damage contribution. The archive’s HP → Defense → Attack order is a recommendation, not a universal rule.
- Review the current promotion screen before buying materials for a later rating.
The details behind the decision
Compare the next training level’s benefit and cost, and count all prerequisites for the promotion you want. Do not use power gain alone as the measure of combat improvement.
What is confirmed—and what isn’t
The archive’s weekly-store quantities, all-three-training thresholds, promotion levels and costs remain unverified by official sources.
Strategy recommendations are GOD of War’s editorial advice. Official-wiki hosting does not turn player-contributed advice into a developer guarantee. When a number is not supported, this edition omits it rather than inventing a value.
Sources & verification
No directly supporting official mechanics source was located for the archived numerical claims. This written edition gives a cautious decision process; exact stat tables remain pending current in-game evidence.
