What to do & why

Desert Protectors are a seasonal resource to plan with your alliance. This guide’s central recommendation is to reserve limited seasonal advantages for fights where they change the outcome.

  1. Ask which planned objective needs Protectors before committing them to a routine fight.
  2. Check the current Protector’s Field, deployment screen and seasonal skill tooltips for capacity, conversion and skill thresholds.
  3. Consider what you give up by spending them now: a small improvement in an easy fight may be less useful than having them available for a contested objective.
Stats for nerds

The details behind the decision

Measure value as the change in your chance of securing the objective, rather than the temporary power increase alone.

Accuracy & scope

What is confirmed—and what isn’t

The wiki Trade Post guide describes a Governor benefit to Protector limits. The archived +250 resistance, per-hero capacity, rally-speed thresholds and eligible-target rules remain unverified and are not reproduced as facts.

Strategy recommendations are GOD of War’s editorial advice. Official-wiki hosting does not turn player-contributed advice into a developer guarantee. When a number is not supported, this edition omits it rather than inventing a value.
